Tales from a Fractured Folly: 10th November 2017

Had a great day at Shelsley watching about 100 rally cars go up and down the hill as a stage of the RAC rally. This is Jim McRae (Colin’s Dad) who still does this sort of thing for fun. There were an awful lot of Mark 2 Escorts. I love helping out in the shop and enjoying the atmosphere which was buzzing today. It was very quiet first thing then they all started arriving and the place was full of cameras and commotion then by lunch time it was all quiet again, as they had all trooped off to Radnor forest for the next stage.

Groovy Word of the day: hubbub
