It was time to take Ruby out today as she had been stuck at home in the icy weather. Lovely though she is she is not a bad weather car. I’ve had some issues with the fob before but today she was having none of it so I got the spare and that wasn’t much better. So a quick visit to YouTube and changing the battery was a very easy job. Hey, I even had 2032s in the magic drawer. But it’s never quite so simple when you do it yourself. I wonder how many times they practised before they managed a seamless battery change without all the button bits falling out? It’s fine now and unlocks from the doorstep which is a great deal better than grudgingly unlocking when it’s next to the door.
